The small wraps are ideal for petite heights: 5'2'' or under, and 120 lbs or less. The regular wraps are average size- recommended height up to 5'10 and/or 200 lbs. The long wraps are for tall people or over 200 lbs. (My husband is 6'2", but under 170 and the regular wrap fits him fine.)
